Aidan has stuck with Warrior's Way for 7 months now - a record for him! He was beginning to lose interest, until they made an announcement that they were having an "obstacle tournament" and that "everyone would receive an award"! Aidan is all about trophies and medals, so when he heard that, he begged me to sign him up! I paid the $10 entry fee, and he couldn't wait until the tourney! The obstacle course was set up so cute, with them having to crawl through tubes, alternately do squats, jumping jacks, or pushups, and then going over, under, and around various things. They timed them, and Aidan did quite well!
Afterwards, in the 105+ degree weather, Uncle Dave challenged my boys to a watergun fight. Well...that might be a bit of an exaggeration, as HE had the only watergun! He is visiting during his month off from The Nature Conservacy, and he is Mr. Popular with my boys. Everything is Uncle Dave this, and Uncle Dave that. :)

This is cool. Aidan seems like he will be a super hero.. lol. It's great when you have an uncle who cares..so I can concur with the boys in that regard.
