My sweet child started kindergarten today! He of course was not apprehensive or anything, so I shed just a few tears. The funniest part was when I picked him up and he went on and on about the food in the lunch line. I said "Aidan, I packed you a lunch, why did you go through the lunch line?" To which he responds "Oh its free Mommy. You just have them scan your nametag." Ha! No, I will be getting a bill for that! He had chicken, potatoes, juice, a SNO CONE, and more! I guess we need to establish lunchtime rules for this child! Luke had a good day too - he was WAY nervous, and ended up really liking his teacher, in addition to sitting at the same table as one of his friends. Whew! Thank you all for the prayers!
