This blog is really dedicated to my brother - who will not look at pictures I send him via Snapfish because he doesn't think he should have to create an account...I love you anyway David! We had a wonderful trip to Durango, Colorado last week. Our family, plus our adopted sister, Ronnie, went up there to take in the sights and then she and Dail rode their bikes from Durango to Silverton (52 miles UP THE MOUNTAIN) while we rode the train that raced them. It is called the Iron Horse Ride, and they both did quite well. They both came in nearly when the first train did, and since we were on the second train, they beat us, much to Luke's dismay. Luke also participated in his first bike race...they had a kids race that he rode on Sunday morning. He was really excited and we were so proud of him! The country is gorgeous there - from mountains to cliff dwellings to rapid rivers - all so beautiful. And, the weather was perfect. So, we couldn't have asked for a better journey!

Thank you sis, the trip sounded wonderful. Now let's see if your big brother tracking system can find me. But be warned, I put a tin foil cap on my computer tower to thwart you. It seems to work in all those sci-fi movies.
ps- they tried to get me to sign up, just to post this comment. Unbelievable!!
You are TOO much! I tracked you down to your Camp for All Seasons, even the trail your bungalow is on!! :) Love you - Sis.
