Room Makeover and July 4th

Happy Independence Day! My good friend Stephanie, and her fiance Greg came to Wichita Falls to visit us over the holiday weekend. She and Greg were EXTREMELY helpful in transforming bedrooms in our home with me. First, we made Polly her own room (she is going to live with us now, and deserves her own space!) out of the former "play room". Then, we needed to make room in the boys' room for all the toys that were in the play room. So, we got a trundle bed from some friends (thanks Sue and Randy!) and utilized the trundle part for toys. It's impossible to take photos of a bedroom, so you cannot see the rest of the boys' room, but I like it a lot! We fit all their toys and stuff into their room, and it doesn't look cramped at all.



Polly had her 2nd surgery, with two more stents put in, and came home today to find her new room. We just need to get her dresser and lamp (and a bunch of photos!) from Archer City, and she'll have a space to call home.










We also went to our friends' home for a 4th of July tie die party. It was a lot of fun! We ate great food, the kids played and made tees, and the adults got a chance to catch up. Thank you Garrison family for inviting us!!
