Luke received his first communion on Sunday...and I never
knew how much it would touch me. He has no comprehension,
I am sure, of the magnitude of what the sacrament is.
Yet he was so reverent, and he even told me Mass felt
like it was only 15 minutes long. It fills my heart to
watch my children begin their faith journey.
